Dear apartment building residents….
To create a beautiful landscape, green – clean environment for the building. We hope that all residents as well as staff in the court are responsible for ensuring the safety of the environment and the landscape of the area.
Follow the building hygiene regulations as follows:
Do not litter, waste water, emissions, hazardous substances indiscriminately in the Building Area, in the corridors, roads, curbs or other public places;
Items that are randomly thrown or left behind by residents in areas that are not regulated or contrary to regulations, we will have the sole discretion to handle and remedy the consequences. All costs incurred to remedy the consequences will be completely borne by the violating residents;
Waste of each household must be put in garbage bags, put in the trash at the garbage collection room. When disposing of garbage, do not block the door with the trash can and lock the water and close the garbage room after use. Garbage will be collected daily and collected centrally at the basement garbage house.
The water in the garbage room is for public sanitation purposes only. Residents are absolutely not allowed to collect water in the garbage room for personal use.
In order to better implement the general regulations on keeping the green – clean living environment at the Building, we inform the residents about the specific sanctions as follows:
1. A fine of …..VND for one of the following acts:
a) Dumping, throwing waste, dirt or other substances that contaminate the houses, offices, workplaces, production and business places of others.
b) Arbitrarily burning garbage, waste, poison or other dangerous substances in residential areas, public places.
c) Burning votive paper at the wrong place in accordance with regulations in the Building.
d) Dumping garbage, waste or anything else into manholes, public drainage systems, sidewalks, roadways (including internal roads).
e) Leaving garbage, waste, animal carcasses or anything else that causes pollution in public places, unsanitary.
f) Using objects to block the door of the garbage room or not closing the door of the garbage room after use, affecting the surrounding environment; do not lock the water or collect water in the garbage room for private use, causing water loss.
2. In addition to the above sanction, violators are also forced to take measures to remedy environmental pollution to restore the original state and compensate for damage in accordance with the law.
